At the beginning of May we packed our bags and headed to Vancouver for the weekend, to visit Alix and Susan and to check out the 2010 Graduation Exhibition at Emily Carr University. The exhibition was really huge, and super cool. It was neat to have the students there talking about their work.

Susan didn't tell us where her piece was, or what it looked like, so we picked our own path through the show. Two hours later, we finally found it, as the very last piece of art on our self-guided tour. It actually worked out well that way, as it was a nice way to finish an evening of browsing art.

So, congratulations to Susan and the entire graduating class of Emily Carr 2010!

You can check out more of Susan's art at www.susanaili.com.
