Aila played soccer again this summer. She had a lot of fun with her friends who were also on her team, but she didn't really get into the game very much. She mostly liked playing defense, which worked out just fine. Her other teammates were so good at offense that the ball rarely ever made it to her half of the field. Every game involved her just hanging out with her friends by the net, which was fine with her.

I took this "action" shot while she was playing the role of goalkeeper. The image is not reversed - I think she just put the goalkeeper jersey on inside out.
