We made good use of our swimming pool this August, with several pool parties and many nights of swimming after work. Although reluctant at first, Kai is really starting to enjoy the pool as well. This photo was taken towards the end of a swimming session, where Kai had already started getting changed out of his swimsuit, but then decided to go back into the water for more fun.

Aila is really good at swimming with her ladybug puddle jumper, and she is starting to become brave enough to take it off occasionally and swimming without it. We are having trouble finding swimming lessons at a convenient time for us this winter, so we may have to just do our own "lessons" at the Fergus pool this winter, to keep Aila's skills fresh, and keep Kai interested in the water.

Technical Details: This photo was taken with my 5D Mark II + Tamron 28-75 at 75mm, ISO 3200, f/2.8 for 1/4000th of a second (Av mode with -1.3 exposure compensation).
