One of our annual traditions is going to see the Victoria Day fireworks at the Grand River Raceway. This was the first time that Kai was able to enjoy them, so that was exciting.

While we were waiting for the sun to set and the fireworks to begin, it was a perfect day to try out Aila's new kite! There was a constant breeze up on the hill where we were sitting, so it was pretty easy to fly the kite at any altitude. Aila had a lot of fun playing with it.
