This weekend was Carissa's first birthday party! We actually started the day by going to a "Mom 2 Mom" sale at Bingeman's, then followed that up by going to the Royal Medieval Faire in Waterloo, where Aila enjoyed chasing the dragon around the field. Then, during Aila's nap, we drove to Aurora to visit Chloe and Carissa who is now one year old!

Aila had a good time playing with Carissa's toys and all of the balloons that Tanya and Jason had floating around the house. Carissa seemed to take it all in stride, and was very curious about the birthday cake.
