We hosted a BBQ at our house the weekend after Canada Day. We timed it so that Ken and Laura Lee could make it after their fifth anniversary holiday trip to Tennessee and North Carolina. Also, two of my former coworkers (Chad and Ian) who had kids around the same time as Aila were also able to make it, so it was great to catch up with them and see their little ones.

Normally, Aila is quite intolerant of other kids, especially if they are younger than her, but she didn't seem to mind Greyson following her around and helping her push her car all around the deck. However, unlike Greyson who can walk on his own, Aila still needs to hold onto the car for support, so there were a few tense moments when Greyson took the car away from her. All in all, I think everyone (kids and adults included) had a good time.

Everyone got to swim in the pool, too, but since I was in the pool myself I didn't get to take any photos. Luckily Ken was poolside with his DSLR and he got some great shots of everyone.
