I took some time off for Angela's last week of maternity leave so that we could spend some time as a family. We decided to do day trips around KW. One of our excursions was to The Museum in Kitchener (formerly known as the Children's Museum). I had been there once before to see an Andy Warhol exhibit, but Angela had never been. We met up with Jen and Cole to explore the place.

They have a neat room set up just for toddlers to explore, with all sorts of cool sensory things. Aila loved crawling around on the raised foam pads around all of the bubble columns. She also loved looking at herself in the mirror!

They had some neat animals there, and Aila contributed a little bit to the Yoko Ono Exhibition by adding colour to one of the walls of the museum.
