The Waterloo Concert Band played a special concert in Goderich this year to help raise money to repair the town after last year's deadly tornado. We went there early to play on the beach and socialize with the other band members before the concert.

Fresh off the heels of our Inverhuron trip, Aila once again decided to brave the cold waters of Lake Huron after playing on the beach for a while. This photo was taken when we first got to the beach and Aila saw a swing set.

The beach was very nice, and so was Harbour Park, where we held the concert. Poppa and Sheila were able to come to the concert on their way back from a shopping trip in Buffalo, so that was really nice. The concert went well and the band was able to donate around $500 to the rebuilding efforts.
