This fall I wanted to try to get a picture of the fall colours around Ompah. Some of you may recall my very first "Picture Of The Week", when Angela and I hiked up to the lookout between the lakes. Well, in September, we journeyed back up the mountain. We were a little early for full blown fall colour madness, but we managed to see a few coloured leaves. This time I decided to take the panorama shot with my 35mm mounted on a tripod. It didn't turn out to be a fantastic picture... in fact, the winter shot that I took with my cheap handheld digital looks much crisper. However, it gets the point across, and you can have fun by opening up two browser windows and comparing both pictures.

That's some mighty fine stitching.
