One more photo from Scotland: On our last full day there, we visited Dunnottar Castle, the ruins of a medieval fortress. It is in a fairly stunning location on the sea, north of Edinburgh.

Overall, we really enjoyed the trip, and exploring buildings that were constructed before North America was colonized, in some cases. The highlands of Scotland are actually part of the same ancient geologic structure as Newfoundland, which is really cool.

Technical Details: This photo was taken with my Pixel 6.
