We only went out skating once this winter. With no skating lessons, and no indoor rinks, the kids mostly forgot how to skate, even though Aila and Kai both passed their Level 2 skating skills last winter. This was Finna's first time on real ice skates, so she was excited to try. She gave it her best shot, but didn't quite get the hang of it. Instead, she enjoyed being pushed around on a chair, and Aila enjoyed having something to hold on to while she skated.
