Here is something that is mildly interesting: Kai has a little yellow car that Aiti gave him. He also has a blue night light in his room. The blue light seems to be the exact complementary colour to the yellow car, so when I turn off the main light in Kai's room, the car appears to be completely black. Move the mouse cursor on and off the photo to switch Kai's main light on and off. (Apologies to tablet or smartphone users who have no cursor to move.)

I have noticed this for the past few months and I finally got around to taking a picture of the phenomenon.

In other news, I am enjoying my three weeks of vacation time at home with Finna. Clearly I am getting a lot of stuff accomplished, like taking photos of toy cars in the middle of the night.
