This weekend we attended Donkey Day for the second time! This event is held every year at The Donkey Sanctuary of Canada to raise funds to take care of abused or abandoned donkeys and mules. The event is a lot of fun, with live music, food, entertainment, and plenty of donkeys and mules to play with.

It was a beautiful day this year, and we met up with Tanya, Jay, Maggie and Jo for lunch. Last time Aila was intrigued by the animals, but this time she was mostly interested in the tractors they had on display. They had everything from a riding lawn mower right up to a tractor with a fully enclosed cab.

This was the biggest tractor that she was actually allowed to "drive". Here she is pictured about to run over a group of helpless tourists, on her way up to the big new barn on the hill.

Technical details: This photo was taken with my 5D Mark II + EF 17-40L at 17mm, ISO 100, f/22 for 1/60th of a second.
