For this year's "Scary Weekend", we bought a pumpkin and Sandy and I designed and carved a scary face for it. It turned out quite well, so I thought I would share it with all of you! This jack-o-lantern sat on top of the TV and stared at us as we watched scary movies.

At one point it went dark, and Sandy remarked that it would be impressive if it suddenly flared to life again. Just then, it lit up again completely by itself! Clearly this scary pumpkin has mystical powers...

Technical details: These photos were taken with my 5D Mark II + Tamron 28-75mm at 40mm, ISO (100, 400), f/(2.8, 8.0) for (30, 8) seconds.
