Angela has been pretty sick with a nasty cold or something for the past few days, but on Saturday she summoned enough strength so that we could attend the County of Wellington's Christmas Party in Guelph.

It was a nice party, and a chance to meet some of her new coworkers. They also had a bunch of really cool prizes to win. While we were waiting for dinner, we checked out the prizes and picked out which ones we hoped we would win. I picked the Nintendo Wii, and Angela picked a stainless steel pot set from Lagostina.

To our amazement, out of the roughly 300 people that were there, Angela's name was selected to win the pot set! So it was well worth our time to go to the party, even though Angela didn't eat anything due to lack of appetite.
