Every year the Waterloo Concert Band plays anthems and hymns for the Remembrance Day ceremony at the cenotaph in Waterloo. This year the weather was quite cold, and it rained/snowed in the morning so everything was wet, but at least it didn't rain or snow on us during the ceremony. I meant to bring my camera to get a photo for this week's picture, but in the rush of the morning I completely forgot. In fact, I didn't remember until just as the parade started coming in.

Luckily, my cellphone has a pretty good camera, so I was able to snap a few pictures from my position in the band while we were waiting for the parade to come in. The ceremony went well even though our hands were quite cold, and we played while they laid exactly 100 wreaths at the base of the cenotaph.

Technical details: This photo was taken with my Sony Ericsson K790a at ISO 80, f/2.8 for 1/200th of a second.
