It actually snowed in Waterloo today, but I prefer not to think about winter at the moment. Instead, I decided to dig out an old picture for this week. When I was a kid, I was fortunate enough to go to Hila Science Camp, which was a summer camp north of Ottawa. One year I decided to do a week of nature photography. I was equipped with a 35mm camera with a macro lens, and I shot two rolls of film. It may not seem like much, but it was really fun and many of the pictures turned out really well. I really like this one... especially the way the flowers come up into focus out of the background.
