The only downside of the new office is that the parking garage is far away, across King St and on the other side of the railroad tracks. It is actually visible in that last picture, just barely peeking out to the left of the condo tower under construction. Since it is on the other side of the tracks, there is a convoluted walking path to get there that goes down King St, under the tracks, then up and around behind the University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy.
On the bright side, the parking garage looks really cool at night, is relatively secure, and has over 100 electric vehicle chargers, so now I can plug my car in at work every day and basically get free fuel. Other bonus things in this photo:
