The office started opening back up again in February. However, very few people were ready to start coming back into the office at that time. They started restocking the "micro kitchens", but there were some days when I was the only person working on the entire floor. On those days, it felt like this was all just for me!

Almost all of the food has a pretty good shelf life. I think they didn't have to go through the trouble of making the huge jug of "spa water" with ice every day. They usually are pretty good at keeping stats on food use and adjusting as needed, so hopefully they realize that they don't have to make so much for just one or two people.
