This is what happens when the kids can't decide on a design for their model railroad, and leave it up to me. We built a not-quite-to-scale model of the Waterloo ION light rail system, with blocks (and a road crossing) representing all of the stops. It goes from Conestoga station (near Aila's knee) to Grand River Hospital station in front of Kai. After I took this photo we extended it for one more stop to Central Station, which is where my office is at Google. Sadly, we didn't have enough space in the family room to include all of the Kitchener stations. Maybe next time we can have it run down the hall.
