My apologies to those of you who have an aversion to insects! Aila has been keeping bugs as pets. If she finds an interesting bug outside, she will bring it in and make a little home for it.

Some bugs last longer than others. She kept this one for a few days, giving it a fresh slice of cucumber every day for food and water. Angela convinced her to set it free after that since it was still in good health.

I took a few photos before she let it go, since she was quite fond of this one. It's name was "Roly Poly", because it curls up into a ball when it feels threatened.
