Aila has taken a keen interest in dinosaurs recently, thanks to "Dinosaur Train", her favourite show. There is currently a dinosaur exhibit at THEMUSEUM in Kitchener, so we thought it would be neat to take the kids to see it.

Aila had a great time there, even though she was a little scared of some of the dinosaurs (with good reason - those things are huge and fierce). There was even a person dressed in a T-Rex costume. I pointed and told Aila that there was a real baby T-Rex we could see. She explained to me that it was just a guy in a suit, but she still wouldn't go anywhere near him.

Quick Aila story: I took the kids to a BBQ at Ken's house, and at one point Aila was getting bored, so I suggested that she go talk to Luch about dinosaurs. Here is a snippet of their conversation:

Luch: "I don't believe that you know anything about dinosaurs."

Aila: "I know about dinosaurs."

Luch: "OK, what kind of dinosaur is a Pterodactyl?"

Aila: "A Pterodactyl is not a dinosaur. It's a Pterosaur."

Luch: "OK, I am impressed."

This is a photo of Aila having fun in the toddler sensory room, much like the first time she visited The Children's Museum, before it changed its name.

Technical Details: This photo was taken with my 5D Mark II + EF 17-40L at 40mm, ISO 3200, f/4 for 1/100th of a second.
