So far Aila has been dealing with the sudden introduction of a new family member really well. She doesn't want to be anywhere near Kai when he is crying, but when he is happy she is fascinated by him. She also alternates between wanting to be a baby again and doing "big girl" stuff to set herself apart.

At the moment, Kai is oblivious to the attention. All he wants to do is eat, eat, eat. He doesn't even really want to sleep.

When Aila was a baby, she was fine with being swaddled and put in her bassinet. Kai doesn't last for more than 20 seconds if he is not in Angela's arms, so sleeping has been quite challenging for her. This is clearly something we have to work on this week.

Lovely shot! I hope for everyone's sake that Kai starts sleeping independently
soon! I'm sure it will happen eventually.

Fiona was the same. I used the mobi wrap during the day, and co-slept at night.
Learning to breastfeed lying down was a lifesaver because I could nap while she
nursed.

Adorable! We co-slept with Jack. Do you have a King size bed? It helps,
although Oscar still ended up with less than 10% of the bed.

You have beautiful children. If you need some sleep Angela I have lots of free
time and you know how much I love babies. Braydon will be 6 next week. I have
baby envy...LOL!!
Send me a message on FB I would love to hear from you.
