Kris and Jen threw a "Pre New Years / Post Christmas Mini-Party" during the last week of December, so it was a good opportunity for us to get out and enjoy the holiday season after we had all recovered from our various illnesses. Angela was working that day and Aiti and I were home with Aila, so after Aila woke up from her nap we bundled her into the car and we journeyed to scenic Wellesley. Angela joined us after work.

Aila had a great time, and she was very intrigued by the dogs... especially Kava, who is probably five times her size and weight. She also loved the Christmas Tree and a car that Isaac had that she could sit on and make sounds by pressing buttons on the steering wheel. I managed to get a few good photos of Aila, Isaac, and a few other people at the party. This proved to be just the beginning of our party season this year, and it was a great way to get started!
