We went hiking with Aila for the first time this month. We happened to go on one of the coldest days in September, so we bundled Aila up all cozy and warm, and headed to Waterloo for a short walk. The trail that runs along the Grand River behind the Humane Society is stroller-friendly, so we chose that one for our first outdoor adventure. Due to some errands we had to run first, we only had an hour left by the time we got to the trail head, so we just walked for half an hour up the trail, then turned around and came back.

Our next hiking trip after that one was slightly more interesting. I will post a picture from that one next time.

This fall is proving to be very busy indeed. We know a lot of people who are about to have babies, so there are plenty of baby showers to deal with. We also know people who are getting married, so there are wedding showers and weddings as well. On top of that, the good weather is almost over for this year, so we are trying to pack in as many BBQs and camp fire parties as possible before winter. So, I'm a bit behind (as usual) on my pictures, but I think I will be able to catch up over the next week or two.
