I think I'm photographed out after our honeymoon. My camera has been gathering dust since we got back at the end of May. I brought it out once when we cleaned the terrarium to get the photo of Freddie that I posted for last week, and I brought it out once more shortly after that to get this photo of Marabelle.
Marabelle was up on her favourite perch on top of the waterfall, and I couldn't resist trying to get a good photo of her. I tried different angles for the light, but in the end decided that having the light overhead looked the best, although the lighting is still a little harsh. I think the frogs are comfortable enough now that I could probably start taking photos of them with a more natural light source (instead of the infrared bulb which is so hard to work with). I will try it next time and see how they react.
Technical details: This image was taken with my Rebel XT + kit lens at 55mm, ISO 100, f/5.6 for 10 seconds.
